Description/Blazon
A shield-shaped embroidered item with a semi-circular base 2 1/4 inches (5.72 cm) in height and 1 7/8 inches (4.76 cm) in width overall, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black outer border and a 1/16 inch (.16 inch) inner yellow border; divided diagonally from upper left to lower right silver gray above oriental blue by a yellow lightning bolt. The beret flash was approved on 29 July 2008.

The background trimming was approved on 29 July 2008.
